We have celebrated our wedding officially on friday, 1st April 2022 in Milan.


After 2 months of sunny days, it supposed to be a consistent rain on that day,

but fortunately it was a big April Fool’s because there was a clear sky and a warm day.

We have signed our “for ever” at Palazzo Reale in front of friends and family

and right after we had lunch in a very typical Italian trattoria.


But not only



SOME CURIOSITY


THE DRESS

Play Eva with the help of a talented friend, Dania Fisher, wore a precious dress that comes from her grandma Amalia. Basically the dress was made from her hands more than 20 years ago for a bride that never came back to bring it. We give to the dress a magical 2nd chance.

The idea of the look was to match white and purple in an extravagant way, using also the Pantone of the Year (Very Pery) to create the palette of make up and bouquet.

A special thanks to nonna Amalia and Dania that unfortunately couldn't join us because

of Covid positivity. And also to Silvia: she was in charge of make up and hair (all day long).


THE WEDDING RING

The shape of our ring is unique, designed by Lorenzo from Moh Gioielli that helped us

to find the perfect jewel according with our personalities.


THE LUNCH

At the lunch we had the idea to impress our guests with a Mexican welcome:

everyone had his own baloon and picture.

The restaurant is a typical Italian "trattoria", very cozy and easy-going.

Thanks to Mario, Patrizia and all the crew of the Trattoria San Filippo Neri.

 

THE WEDDING CAKE

The wedding cake: a particular creation made by the pastry makers of MarlĂ  (Milan) with the idea of Play Eva to have a triumph of "maritozzi" where everyone could take his own.

The "maritozzo" is a traditional Roman cake, used for breakfast and the original name comes exactly from the word "marito" (husband). Additional info: for Play Eva the design

of the "maritozzo" reminds a moon and so
 that was the most important thing that made the choice.

THE GIFT

Vice Luna, as a musician, received as a gift the original white Fender Stratocaster Jimi Hendrix model (can’t wait to show it). Thanks Gigi & Carmela for the amazing gift.


"IL VIRUS DEL MATRIMONIO"

An epic moment during the lunch was when my uncle (zia Franca) at some point stopped

us in our speech making a kind of stand up comedy piece. Only for guests (
!).


THE MEXICAN RITUAL

The Mexican ritual, as known as MEZCAL.

In every moment of the lunch we share mezcal with everyone: the perfect therapy before and after all strong emotions.

THE SKETCH

A perfect interpretation of our day comes from a sketch made by Dafne, the daughter

of a couple of friends Chiara e Dario (5 years old). She wasn’t at our wedding,

but her imagination pictured us and our mood perfectly.


OUR FAMILY

Our family gave us a huge support and help: Gigi, Carmela, Marcela, Omar

and the special dog Nico, zio Franco & zia Franca.


OUR WITNESS

Our witness Simone Skinny and Marianna were there, helping us during all day

and sharing all the best moments.
